Può connettersi alle reti 5G?
Assicurarsi che la rete Wifi sia una rete Wlfl a 2,4GHz o 2,4-5GHz a doppio canale. I nostri robot non possono collegarsi a una singola rete a 5GHz.
Perché a volte il robot non riesce a tornare alla stazione di ricarica?
Nota: Posizionare la stazione in un'area spaziosa: assicurarsi che ci sia circa 1 metro di spazio libero a sinistra e a destra della base e 2 metri di spazio libero di fronte, senza grandi ostacoli. Così il robot troverà facilmente la via di ritorno.

La modalità lavaggio è adatta a tutti i tipi di pavimento?
Sì. Il flusso d'acqua è regolabile su tre livelli, così puoi adattare l'umidità in base al tipo di pavimento. In questo modo ottieni una pulizia efficace senza danneggiare le superfici.
Il contenitore della polvere è rimovibile e lavabile?
Sì. Può essere facilmente rimosso e lavato con acqua. Nota: il filtro HEPA non è lavabile (evitare la luce diretta del sole) , mentre gli altri componenti possono essere lavati e asciugati completamente prima di rimontarli.
